Want to de-stress while enjoying nature? Join us for a gentle, friendly walk each month. We’ll meet at The Mix and visit different green spaces nearby, using mindful activities to help us slow down, recharge and feel more connected to nature.
In this relaxed workshop we'll start with a short mindful walk to Betjeman Park and Locks Lane to help us slow down and feel more grounded.
As always, please dress appropriately for the weather for the walk (we'll move more slowly than a normal walk, so an extra layer might be a good idea!).
