ADHD Support Programme: Understanding, Clarity & Real‑Life Change

This 4‑week ADHD Support Programme is a gentle, science‑informed learning experience designed to help people understand their ADHD in a way that actually makes sense. Built around the InSight approach to executive function, the programme offers clear explanations, practical tools, and a supportive space to explore the patterns that shape daily life.

The sessions are led by Sarah, an Occupational Therapist and ADHD/Autism specialist with over 30 years of patient‑facing experience. Sarah is trained in the InSight Programme and brings a calm, compassionate, clinically‑grounded perspective to every session.

This isn’t about “fixing” behaviour. It’s about understanding the brain, recognising patterns, reducing shame, and building confidence. When people finally understand why things happen, they can begin to change how they respond.

What You’ll Experience

Clear, accessible explanations
ADHD and executive function are broken down using simple visuals, real‑world examples, and science that feels human and relatable.

Understanding before strategy
We focus on awareness first — because meaningful change comes from insight, not pressure or perfectionism.

Emotional and cognitive clarity
You’ll explore how ADHD affects attention, memory, motivation, overwhelm, and emotional regulation, and why these patterns show up.

Practical tools that fit real life
We offer ADHD‑friendly approaches to routines, planning, communication, and self‑support — designed to work in real homes, real families, and real schedules.

Gentle workshop‑style moments
Activities are optional, reflective, and designed to help you apply what you’ve learned without stress or exposure.

Why This Programme Matters

Many people receive a diagnosis — or suspect ADHD — but are left without the understanding they need to navigate daily life. This programme bridges that gap by offering:

  • a safe, low‑shame learning environment

  • a shared language for families and supporters

  • science that is accurate, current, and digestible

  • a compassionate approach that reduces guilt and increases confidence

Trusted by professionals and grounded in real neuroscience, this programme helps people make sense of their experiences and move forward with clarity.

Our Aim

To help people understand the true nature of ADHD, how it affects daily life, and what can be done to support independence, confidence, and long‑term wellbeing.
