Drop in at any time from 9.30am and have a chat with other parents and the MyOTAS' (My Own Time And Space) team about neurodiversity (autism, adhd, dyslexia, dyspraxia, anxiety issues, OCD, PDA, Sensory Processing Disorder, etc.), including diagnostic process, support at school, benefits you may be entitled to claim, distressed behaviour and mental health issues.

All parents/carers/grandparents welcome, from anywhere in Essex, whether your child is at school or home ed. No diagnosis is required. FREE tea/coffee/cold drink. We ask that you please do not bring children along with you, as conversations are often of a sensitive nature, we wish to keep people's challenges confidential and we want people to feel comfortable enough to open up.
