To celebrate the 80th anniversary of VE Day, Sevenoaks District Council are hosting a week of free events from Monday 5th May to Friday 9th May. From singing and stories, to tea dances and themed cooking sessions, there's something for everyone!

Step back in time and join us for a free 1940s tea dance in Edenbridge.

Channel your inner dancer and learn wartime styles such as the foxtrot, waltz, tango and jitterbug.

You will enjoy an afternoon of socialising and music, all before enjoying a delicious afternoon tea lunch.

Whether you're an avid dancer or just fancy a bit of fun, our tea dance will transport you to the past - dancing shoes at the ready!
