<h1>Crafting for Wellbeing Session</h1> A relaxed introductory craft course designed to boost wellbeing, confidence and creativity. No experience needed. Delivered in partnership with Kent Adult Education's Response programme. Session will be held between 10:00 - 12:00 and refreshments will be provided. Relax and Reflect: Be Creative with Crafts Hextable

Discover the therapeutic power of creativity in this friendly, supportive course designed to enhance wellbeing through hands-on craft activities. Delivered in partnership with Kent Adult Education, this course offers a calm, welcoming space where you can explore a variety of simple, enjoyable crafts while building confidence and connecting with others. No previous experience is needed, and all materials are provided.By the end of the course, you will have: <ul><li>Learned new creative skills</li><li>Developed practical strategies for relaxation and mindfulness</li><li>Gained confidence through making and experimenting</li><li>Enjoyed time connecting with others in a supportive environment</li></ul> This course is ideal for anyone looking to boost their wellbeing, try something new, or simply enjoy the therapeutic benefits of crafting. Eligibility: This course is open to anyone aged 19 + &nbsp;who is unemployed, in low-paid work or volunteering roles.&nbsp;
