Community Litter Pick - Disney-themed! Families encouraged and adults are welcome.

Join TimeGivers for a fun and family-friendly Disney-themed litter pick - an energetic way for families, children and young people to give back to their community while helping to protect the environment. Part of our wider volunteering programme, this event helps children build confidence, compassion and leadership through real-world and hands-on experiences.

We’ll be following a pre-planned route along the River Thames, starting near Hammersmith Bridge and ending at the same location, safely collecting rubbish while learning about the importance of protecting our local environment. Expect Disney sing-alongs, optional fancy dress and lots of fun!

After the litter pick, we’ll gather for refreshments to celebrate our efforts

Meeting point: A quiet road called Digby Mansions, just by Hammersmith Bridge and Hammersmith Bridge Road (Hammersmith-side) and down from Sri Sai Convenience Stores. Look out for TimeGivers staff in high-vis vests.

Please arrive by 10:00am for the safety briefing. The litter pick will leave promptly by 10:15am and return to the start point around 11:30am.

What to bring (if you have them):

• Gloves
• Litter picker
• Water bottle
• Hand sanitiser

(TimeGivers will provide gloves and litter pickers for anyone who doesn’t have them)

Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult.
