The Hackney Marshes Neighbourhood Forum gives those who live, work or have a keen interest in the local area a say on how to improve their health and wellbeing, and help remove barriers to health care services that are needed.

This Forum's topic will be 'Help to Manage Diabetes':

Sharing information about support available to help people with or at risk of diabetes including;

• Information about accessing local services
• Free printed information from Diabetes UK
• Hip hop exercise taster session
• Information about eating well
• Free healthy snacks provided by Hackney School of Food
