Thank you for booking on to the Hello Baby course at Hartcliffe Family Hubs/Children’s Centre July 2026. We are pleased to welcome you to the group and staff are looking forward to meeting you all. The sessions are weekly for 4 weeks, and you have been registered for the full 4 weeks. Week 1 - Learn about support available for new parents from Family Hubs and get to meet other new parents in your local area. Information about pelvic health, contraception, and session for dads and non-birthing parents.Week 2 - Learn about different feeding choices, how to understand your baby's feeding cues and the support available to help you with your feeding journey.Week 3 - Learn about labour, birth, and post-birth care, and what to expect when you take your baby home.Week 4 - Understand your baby's needs, their communication, brain development, and how to look after your own emotional wellbeing during pregnancy and post-birth. A free, four week antenatal course for parents from 26 weeks of pregnancy, helping you feel ready for birth and life with your new baby. The course will help you prepare for the birth experience and the early days. Sessions are run by Family Hubs, infant feeding teams, midwives, and health visitors.
