Family Hydrotherapy

Whether it’s your baby’s first swim or you’re simply looking to make a splash with the family, come and enjoy the warm water at Nairn Hydrotherapy Pool, maintained at a cosy 33°C. Our Family Hydrotherapy Sessions are all about providing a safe, welcoming space where families can spend quality time together. Each session lasts 30 minutes, and you can make use of the toys and available hydrotherapy equipment.

Our goal is to make hydrotherapy accessible to all. We offer flexible pricing options to support low income households and carers.

The pool measures 7 metres long, 4 metres wide and 1.2 metres deep.

We have unisex changing facilities on poolside, including changing stations with changing mats, a playpen, toilet, showers, nappy bin and lockers.

We also have a height-adjustable changing bed and a pool hoist for anyone who may need assistance entering or leaving the pool. Please let us know at the time of booking if you require the hoist or any other accessibility assistance.

Please note

• Under 16s must be accompanied by a responsible adult, at a ratio of 1 adult to 2 children.

• All babies and children under 4, or those who are not yet toilet trained, must wear a double-nappy system. This means a swim nappy (disposable or reusable) must be worn underneath a neoprene nappy or suitable swimwear/jammers.

• Adults who are incontinent must wear suitable continence swimwear designed for use in swimming pools. This may include a reusable or disposable swim nappy, worn underneath appropriate swimwear.

• If you are unsure what is suitable, please speak to a member of our team. We are happy to help.

• Cancellations: We are unable to offer refunds for family hydrotherapy sessions. However, if you give at least 48 hours notice, we can transfer your booking to another available date. If you need to cancel or transfer your booking, please email hello@nairnhydotherapy.co.uk as soon as possible. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice cannot be transferred.
