Family Hydrotherapy

Whether it’s your baby’s first swim or you’re just looking to make a splash with the family, come and enjoy Nairn Hydrotherapy Trust, maintained at a cozy 33 degrees. Our Family Hydrotherapy Sessions are all about providing a safe space where families can spend quality time together. The session lasts 60 minutes, and you can use the toys and floats.

The pool measures 7 meters long, 4 meters wide, with a depth of 1.2 meters, making it perfect for young families. We have unisex changing stations on poolside, equipped with changing mats, a playpen, toilet, showers, nappy bin, and lockers.

Please note

- Under 16s must be accompanied by a responsible adult at a ratio of 1 adult to 2 children.

- We ask that all babies and children under 4 or not yet toilet trained wear a double nappy system. This means a swim nappy (disposable or reusable) must be worn with a neoprene nappy or jammers over the top, for hygiene. We hold a small collection of nappy covers you can borrow at the pool. 

- Our goal is to make hydrotherapy accessible to all. We offer flexible pricing options to support low income families and carers.
