Every organisation that works with children and young people needs to have someone who takes the lead on Safeguarding and Child Protection – sometimes referred to as a Designated Safeguarding Lead or a Nominated Safeguarding Officer.

This training session is for people who are Safeguarding Leads or Senior Managers for their organisation. It will cover the roles and responsibilities for Designated Safeguarding Leads – what you need to know and what you need to do.

Rahana Hussain is an independent trainer with 22 years of training experience. She provides training in core safeguarding areas for professionals.

You can book up to 2 members of staff per organisation.
