About Тhe Discussion

Join Julian Gold, Farm Manager at Hendred Estate, for an interactive evening where he will share his thoughts on the problems and possible solutions to the 'broken' UK food system. The issues he will raise involve and implicate the whole integrated system from Farmer to Consumer.

Come along, share your thoughts ask questions and explore solutions together.

Julian's perspective: “I see my primary source of carbon as being the atmosphere… I really see myself not as a farmer but more as a photosynthesis facilitator – I basically want to take as much carbon out of the air as I can and put it in my soils.”
