Complete Ballet CIC is a not-for-profit company based on Fowler Street, South Shields, offering dance classes to adults of all ages and abilities.

Classes are taught by an award-winning teacher of the Royal Academy of Dance, Rebecca Yates, and help to improve the health and wellbeing of those who take part. Seated Swans ballet classes are ideal for anyone with mobility problems or other health conditions, who may prefer chair-based exercises. These classes will help improve posture and muscle strength, as well as lifting your mood and increasing your social connections.
