This free psychoeducation group workshop is for women of Black and Black Mixed heritage who may often put their own wellbeing last or have limited opportunities to learn about self-care and self-regulation. Created by a qualified counsellor and massage therapist - it’s a supportive space to explore simple, practical ways of looking after mind and body through a mix of therapeutic methods.


You’ll:

  • Learn tools to ease stress and feel more balanced
  • Build your wellbeing plan
  • Find what lifts you up and let go of what holds you back


What is a psychoeducation group workshop?

Psychoeducation workshops are structured learning sessions designed to help women better understand mental health and wellbeing in a small group of up to 10 women. They are led by qualified and specialist therapists with experience in running group settings.


Duration:

This group workshop will run for 6 weeks, and take place every Tuesday from 1.30pm - 3.30pm.
