• What does governance actually mean in real life?
• Who should be on your board (and why)?
• How do you set things up in a way that won’t cause problems later?

Whether you’re just starting out, thinking about formalising your project, or already running something casually, this session will give you space to ask questions, share experiences, and learn with others in the same position. We’ll keep it practical, honest and interactive, with time for discussion and real-life examples.

The workshop came about after conversations with local project leads and was organised in response to their request for support.
