AquaFit 18+ is suitable for almost anyone. You don’t have to be super fit or flexible, or even have to be a good swimmer, just as long as you’re happy to be in the water. Great for people returning to exercise for the first time in a while, those carrying injuries or with long term health conditions that affect the joints and movement.

Towels are available on site or you can bring your own.
