Volunteering Strategy - Steering Group

Join us for the first steering group meeting to lead on the co production of a Wirral Wide Volunteering Strategy.

The Steering Group will provide oversight of the co-production process over the next 6 months. It will bring together people from different sectors and perspectives to:

• consider the evidence we have gathered so far

• identify the key themes and questions that need further exploration

• make sure different voices and perspectives are represented

• oversee the work of the Focus Groups

• consider the ideas and recommendations coming from the Focus Groups

• help ensure the final strategy reflects the needs and priorities of Wirral.

The Steering Group is likely to suit people who are interested in the bigger picture, bringing different perspectives together and helping to shape the overall direction of the strategy. It will involve a smaller number of meetings, with some preparation between meetings.
