Join this quarter’s Health and Wellbeing forum on the Integrated Neighbourhood Teams on Thursday 26th February 2026 at The Brady Centre to find out what has been happening and how you and your organisation can get involved.

Since the last forum, where we discussed the NHS 10-year plan and the focus on neighbourhood working, newly formed NHS groups across the four localities in the borough have begun reviewing health data and developing plans for the pilot integrated projects.

At the forum, you will have the opportunity to learn more about this work, including how residents and the VCS will be involved in decision making, what defines a neighbourhood area, what is currently happening in each area, how service mapping will support understanding of referral pathways, how the sector can collaborate to support the approach, and how potential funding sources can be explored.
