Discover the hidden pockets of nature right on your doorstep with Mindful Walking. These guided walks are designed to help you unwind and reconnect with yourself and nature in Holborn’s beautiful green spaces.
Come to one walk or all four—each one offers a chance to pause, breathe, and notice the beauty around you. We’ll guide you through simple, mindful exercises to help you turn down the chaos and tune in to the colours, textures, sounds and movements of nature.
Join us and turn your lunch break into a refreshing journey of discovery and wellbeing.
Arrive at Holborn House from 1pm, ready to begin each walk at 1.15pm prompt. After each walk we’ll head back to Holborn House for 2.15pm (of course, you’re welcome to leave the walk at any stage)...Why not stay for our Qi Gong session at 2.30pm?
A little rain and wind won’t stop us, so please wear weather-appropriate clothing and shoes, and bring water. In the case of extreme weather we’ll offer an indoor activity. Please book your place on the walk so we can notify you in the unlikely event of cancellation.
