Ymddiriedolaeth Natur Gwent

Teitl: Hyfforddai Adfer Natur

Contract: Contract tymor penodol am flwyddyn, llawn amser

Yn adrodd i: Rheolwr Adfer Natur

Lleoliad: Ledled Gwent

Cyflog: £24,185 pro rata

Ydych chi'n benderfynol o gael gyrfa ym maes cadwraeth natur ond heb y profiad angenrheidiol a'r hyfforddiant ardystiedig?

Rydym yn darparu un rôl hyfforddai lawn amser, gyda thâl, yn dechrau ym mis Medi 2026 am flwyddyn.

Bydd y lleoliad hyfforddi’n eich galluogi chi i ennill profiad amhrisiadwy yn gweithio gyda'n Tîm Adfer Natur i gefnogi ein gwaith ni yn ein Gwarchodfeydd Natur a grwpiau gwirfoddol wythnosol, yn ogystal â gwaith monitro bywyd gwyllt ac adnabod rhywogaethau. Bydd cyllideb hyfforddi hefyd i gefnogi diddordebau unigol. Rhaid i bob ymgeisydd allu dangos y gallu i weithio'n galed yn yr awyr agored ym mhob tywydd, gyda'r dyhead i ddysgu sgiliau newydd a dangos blaengaredd wrth gefnogi gwaith YNG.

Mae ein Gwarchodfeydd Natur ni’n cynnwys cynefinoedd o bwys cenedlaethol, o'r coed Ffawydd uchaf yng Nghymru i ddolydd blodau gwyllt hardd yn Nyffryn Gwy.

Mae hwn yn gyfle anhygoel ac rydym yn croesawu ymgeiswyr o bob cefndir, gan gynnwys unigolion sydd newydd adael yr ysgol neu raddedigion. Rydym yn chwilio am rywun sydd â gwir angerdd dros fywyd gwyllt sy'n cael ei adlewyrchu yn eu profiadau bywyd ac i hyn fod yn yrfa iddynt yn y dyfodol.

Nid yw'r rôl yma’n addas ar gyfer ymgeiswyr sy’n gweithio mewn swydd ym maes cadwraeth natur ar hyn o bryd.

Dyddiad cau ar gyfer ceisiadau: Dydd Sul 5ed Gorffennaf 2026 gyda chyfweliadau'n cael eu cynnal yn ystod yr wythnos sy'n dechrau ar ddydd Llun 20fed a dydd Mawrth 21ain Gorffennaf 2026
