There will also be a training budget to support individual interests.&nbsp;All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to work hard outdoors in all weathers with the desire to learn new skills and show initiative in supporting the work of GWT.&nbsp;Our Nature Reserves include nationally important habitats from the highest Beech woods in Wales to beautiful wildflower meadows in the Wye Valley.&nbsp;This is an amazing opportunity and we welcome applicants from all backgrounds including recent school leavers or graduates.
