Join our energising, women-only aerobic exercise session designed to improve fitness, boost confidence, and create a supportive community space.

These sessions focus on low-to-medium impact cardio using step platforms and bodyweight movements, suitable for beginners and those returning to exercise. The class helps improve heart health, stamina, coordination, and overall wellbeing — all in a welcoming, non-judgemental environment.

Free childcare is provided on-site, removing barriers for mothers who want to prioritise their health.

Women aged 18+ (all fitness levels welcome)
