Interested in starting a career as a Trainee Surveyor?

A fantastic opportunity with Codi is coming soon as part of the Green Careers Pathway Programme.

This 12‑month paid role (Real Living Wage) offers hands‑on experience, training, and support to help you kick‑start your career in the built environment.

We’re especially keen to hear from:

• Young people aged 16–30
• Those with disabilities or health conditions
• People from diverse backgrounds
• Women and girls — we’re aiming for 50% female participation

If you’re studying (or have studied) construction, surveying, project management, or the built environment , this could be a brilliant next step. We can also be flexible around your studies if you’re still in education.
