Join us for a fun and empowering women’s fitness session designed for all levels! We combine cardio, bodyweight, and circuit training to help you get stronger, feel energised, and stay active in a friendly, supportive space.
After the workout, stay for our coffee morning – a relaxed chance to unwind, chat, and connect with other women in the community.
