Sound Bath at the Wellbeing Garden

Join us at The MindSpace Wellbeing Garden for our popular sound baths.

A chance to unwind in our beautiful garden setting.

Unfortunately, due to many no shows last year, we are asking for a £3 donation to secure your space.

Please bring anything you need to make yourself comfortable, warm blankets, big jumpers, cushions, a bottle of water. We have some mats to borrow but If you have your own mat please bring that along with you too.
