Join us for a day of community exploration.

We wanted to host a day where local residents can meet the people and groups with ideas for community projects. It will also serve as a starting point for developing the information-sharing ecosystem highlighted as essential in our co-production work.

As part of the event, there will be stalls featuring existing health services in Poplar and the surrounding areas, giving them an opportunity to connect with residents and showcase their services.

The themes of the day are as follows:

• Wellbeing:  Supporting local people to access the information and services they need to improve their physical and mental health.
• Connection: Bringing together different sections of the community to build stronger relationships, understanding, and unity.
