Say It Loud Club - CV & Job Application Support Sessions

Supporting our LGBT+ partners Say it loud Club a campaign group for asylum seekers and those with the right to remain in the UK, who have fled countries due to persecution and concerns for their own personal safety. These sessions will support members into employment as part of their journey offering support and guidance with CV writing and job applications.    

Say It Loud Club is the community of LGBTQ+ refugees and asylum seekers in the UK. Founded by one of the first people to obtain refugee status in the UK on grounds of sexual orientation in 2010, SILC is member-led, with lived experience at the heart of the organisation. 

They provide tailored support to members through one-on-one mentoring, educational workshops, social events, peer support, and referrals to partner organisations for legal, financial, health and housing support. 

SILC membership is free and open to all LGBTQ+ refugees and asylum seekers in the UK.
