Get ready for an action-packed day of focus, energy and confidence building. This Muay Thai and Boxing Masterclass is designed to challenge both the body and mind while introducing young people to the discipline and techniques of combat sports in a fun, safe environment.

Led by experienced instructors, the session will help young people improve strength, coordination and self-belief through a mix of drills, pad work and teamwork challenges. No previous experience is needed – just enthusiasm and a willingness to give it a go.

Please note: This session will take place at Addison Primary School instead of Latymer Upper School to make full use of the sports facilities.
