Hello there! Thank you very much for booking onto the 'Super Hero, Super You!' session on Friday 15th August. The sessions will be filled with fun, games, arts and creative writing. Please wear comfortable clothing that you are happy to do arts activities in and please bring a bottle of water with you for the session. Lunch will be provided for each participant. Welcome to&nbsp;Super Hero, Super You!This is your chance to create your very own superhero… what powers would you have? Who are the everyday heroes? How would you change the world? Using arts, drama and creative writing activities, bring your superhero to life and see what adventures they will go on. The day will include games to get to know each other, and be jam-packed.Every participant will receive lunch.

Mary Wollstonecraft lived in all different places throughout her life including Beverley. She even went on an adventure to find some stolen treasure.&nbsp; Come and join our hands-on arts and crafts activities that explore Mary Wollstonecraft's life and the 1700s through creative map-making and boat-building with recycled materials, and other exciting activities. Plus food for each participant. This activity is only for children who receive free school meals and attend school in the East Riding.

The Wollstonecraft Society is a dedicated charity aiming to inspire children and young people about their human rights through the life and legacy of Mary Wollstonecraft.

We offer creative workshops, projects and events in schools and to children and young people in the community.

Welcome to the Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) website. Here you’ll be able to view, book and find out lots of information about the fun opportunities that are available in the Easter, summer and Christmas holidays for children and young people aged 5-16 years. <h2>Who is the programme for?</h2>Funded places on creative and active programmes are available to children and young people who receive benefit related free school meals and attend an East Riding school. There are also a limited number of places available to children and young people who have an Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP) commissioned by East Riding of Yorkshire Council. We would like as many families getting involved in HAF, and due to the demand for places, children and young people are able to attend 4 HAF activities for free at Easter, 16 sessions throughout the summer holidays and a further 4 activities at Christmas, with places allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Most sessions are 4 hours long and a meal is included at each session. Be a part of HAF and enjoy making memories.
