What people have said about the training
“I liked the idea of finding out if our staff and volunteers feel supported, or unsafe and if so, why. We often forget to ask! I now have a list of ideas to accommodate people with neurodivergency, using an affirming model.” participant
“It was very eye-opening!”, participant
“The facilitator was knowledgeable, generous in their experiences and knowledge. I don’t actually think there was anything more that would have improved the sessions. We wanted the sessions to be led by people with lived experience and I knew Lex Scotland cared about getting it right for diverse audiences and participants, and had the experience to deliver.”

This training has a flexible pricing model, based on individual financial circumstances or organizational turnover. When you register, you will be asked to choose how much you want to pay. This is entirely up to you, but as a guide we suggest the following:
£35 discounted price - if you are paying yourself, and you don’t have much disposable income after you have paid for essentials OR if you are working with a small organisation that has a turnover of less than £100k per year
£70 full price - if you are paying yourself, and you have disposable income after paying for essentials OR if you are working with an organisation with a turnover of between £100k and £300k per year
£140 “Pay it Forward” price - if you can comfortably afford to pay this yourself, OR if you are working with a larger organisation with a turnover of more than £300k per year. The more “Pay it Forward” places that are paid for, the more places we are able to offer at reduced prices to individuals and organisations that may otherwise be unable to access training.
