Rainbows is a stay and play group for pre school children that celebrates strengths, interests and differences.

The group is for children who have additional needs, who are neurodivergent or disabled, and their families. No diagnosis is required. 
 
This group is supported by Portage and Inclusion service, health and Family hubs staff.

Knowle Children's Centre

Drop-in and speak to your local Health Visiting team, hub staff and other parents. Get information and advice on all aspects of your child's development and an opportunity to weigh your baby. Room: Play room This is a drop-in group. You don't need to book just turn up on the day.

One to one support for parents, including expectant parents, offering information about all aspects of breastfeeding, formula feeding, or mixed feeding.

For parents and carers, babies, and toddlers to learn together through: •	playing •	listening•	talking•	singing•	sharing books Share ideas and simple, low-cost activities that support your child’s learning in everyday life. It’s also a great way to get to know other families. Your baby or child will learn so much from you, as you chat, play, sing, cuddle, and do all your usual daily activities. Research shows that things you do together have a big impact on how children's brains develop in these early years, and on how they get on at school and in later life.

Drop‑in Stay and Play session for local families with children aged 0 to 5 years. A warm and welcoming space where families can make new friends and enjoy: • Singing • Story‑telling • Fun, hands‑on activities Come along, play together, and enjoy learning through everyday moments.

Enjoy an enclosed garden space where your child or children can safely explore the outdoors. 

This is a calm, inclusive environment for families, with children who have additional needs, are neurodivergent, or are disabled. No diagnosis is needed to attend.

Parents and carers are responsible for supervising their children throughout the session.

This session is not led by Family Hub staff, but outdoor play resources are provided for you and your child to enjoy together.

Small 10 week group for mums and birthing parents and their babies, enjoy connecting with your new baby. Sessions include music and sensory actvities.
