Complete Ballet CIC offers a range of inclusive ballet classes and events for adults of all ages and abilities in South Tyneside. Classes help to improve balance, muscle strength, coordination and posture, as well as boosting confidence and overall wellbeing.  Our impact extends beyond physical benefits, as we provide opportunities for people to socialise and make new friends and share their joy for dancing -whether they are a complete beginner or have danced before.

We look forward to seeing you at class soon!</p><p><br></p><h2>What to expect:</h2><p>No matter the class you are attending, you can expect a friendly welcome from your teacher and the other people sharing your lesson. Classes are relaxed and fun, and everyone works to their own ability. It doesn’t matter if you’re an absolute beginner or an experienced dancer, the teacher will guide you through the steps and exercises every time, and answer any questions you may have. This means that you can choose any Silver Swans session that suits you best, with no commitment to attend the same session, or even every week, and no worries of falling behind if you miss classes. There’s also plenty of time for you to catch-up before and after your class in our social space, so you can meet people and build new friendships over a cuppa if you choose.&nbsp;</p><h2><br></h2><h2>What to wear:</h2><p>Wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in -fitness clothing, like leggings and a t-shirt are ideal. Bring water to stay hydrated and an extra layer to keep warm if needed. Ballet shoes are recommended to give your feet the right support, but if you don’t have them to start with, then wear non-slip socks. Ballet shoes can be ordered from the teacher at your class.</p>

<p>Newly refurbished, ground floor dance studio on one of the main streets in the town centre. The studio is around 600m from the South Shields bus and metro Interchange around and has multiple care parks (paid) to the rear of the building. </p>
