Whether you already have a green job in mind or you are interested in a green job but not sure where to start, speaking to an experienced and professionally trained Careers Adviser can help you to start exploring your ideas and get some practical advice that will help you explore further with your Go Gwyrdd Work Coach. What to Expect You will be chatting with a Careers Wales Careers Adviser during the 30 minute appointment. Let the Adviser know what your aims / interests are. Some of your discussions may include: Discussing your ideasIdentifying your transferable skills and experiences to take forward to a new careerSourcing funding for training if you need to enhance your skills and qualificationsProviding you with labour market information (LMI) to see jobs and careers that are in demandJob matching – linking you up with employers local to you that might need your skills, qualifications or experienceGiving direct access to a range of jobs local to you,&nbsp;through our weekly job bulletinFinding and applying for jobs including help with CVs, and application formsInterview tips and techniquesIdentifying and helping you to access a package of support You can book an appointment in person, online or via telephone - appointments in English, Welsh and BSL can be arranged. Start Your Journey Into Employment! (for 18-25 year olds) Are you ready to take your first step into the world of work? This inspiring&nbsp;one-year supported internship programme&nbsp;is delivered through a unique partnership between Project SEARCH, Ysbyty Wrexham Maelor, and Coleg Cambria. The programme is designed to help you successfully bridge the gap between college and meaningful employment. You will develop the&nbsp;real-world skills that employers value most&nbsp;while gaining hands-on experience in a professional environment. Students spend&nbsp;four days each week working within departments at the hospital, alongside&nbsp;one day studying at the Yale/Wrexham campus&nbsp;to build knowledge, confidence, and workplace skills. During the programme you will: · Gain&nbsp;valuable work experience&nbsp;across different hospital departments.· Build&nbsp;confidence and independence&nbsp;in a real workplace setting.· Develop the&nbsp;professional skills employers look for.· Receive&nbsp;ongoing support from a dedicated Job Coach&nbsp;who will guide you throughout the programme. To enrol on this programme, applicants must have an&nbsp;Educational Health Care Plan (EHCP)&nbsp;or an&nbsp;Independent Development Plan (IDP).
