At RCS, we are dedicated to transforming lives by providing personalized support, training, and therapies aimed at enhancing the wellbeing of individuals and businesses across Wales. Our services include Employability Workshops, In-Work Support, and the WorkWell Conwy initiative, which help people take positive steps towards employment, return to work after absence, and maintain their wellbeing while in the workplace. We also run the ‘Go Gwyrdd’ Green Careers Project, which focuses on sustainable career paths, and offer counselling and coaching to empower individuals in their personal and professional journeys.

We believe in the power of wellbeing not just for individuals but also for businesses. Our expert guidance and training workshops assist organizations in developing effective wellbeing plans that foster a supportive work environment. Through our In-Work Support service, we provide rapid access to psychological and physical therapies, ensuring that employees can thrive in their roles. The positive feedback we receive from participants and employers alike highlights the significant impact we have on enhancing confidence, performance, and overall workplace morale.

Rhyl Hub is the location of RCS Wales. It is fully accessible, with a large training room and several small consulting rooms on the ground floor. There is no on-site parking - there is a council car park nearby on <a href="https://share.google/kx9sAwOMOutCLNjFu" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">West Kinmel Street</a>. Rhyl train station is also nearby.
