Qi Gong is a moving meditation using simple, graceful and flowing movements. It's very similar to Tai Chi and means ‘energy exercise’. Movement to music for strength, mobility and fun. Each week you'll learn short exercises and dances, exploring the best bits from fantastic styles such as disco, jazz, latin and more. The Story Garden Project with Linda, Camden Adult Community Learning Create colourful artworks, handmade garden pieces, and playful garden creatures that come together as a shared Story Garden sculpture. This friendly 11-week art and craft course for older adults supports wellbeing, creativity, and social connection in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Each week, you will take part in simple, hands-on activities inspired by gardens and storytelling, using materials such as paper, fabric, clay, and natural objects. You will create a range of artworks alongside upcycled garden creatures and characters, using materials like tin cans, wire, beads, and mosaic pieces to bring birds, insects, and imaginative figures to life. Your individual creations will be brought together to form a larger shared garden sculpture, as part of a final Story Garden display celebrating everyone’s creativity. No previous experience is needed. All materials are provided.

Design and Make with Camden Adult Community Learning

Get creative, get moving, make friends, have fun. South Asian dance energises your brain and body. Explore storytelling using expressive movements and gesture, learn dance sequences and enjoy vibrant music in this friendly, relaxed class designed for&nbsp;adults aged 55+.
