Learning to ride a bike is a fun life skill to learn - and when better to start than as a tot? Join our friendly balance bike group and introduce your wee one to the fun of bikes! It's a fabulous place to chat with other parents/carers and build community and connection. We'll provide balance bikes and helmets but please bring your own if you have them. As part of our Winter Wellness programme, join us for an evening of light stretches and movement focuses on stretching and strengthing the muscles used when cycling. Led by our very own Gemma, a qualified cycle trainer and yoga instructor, Gemma will guide you through a gentle series of yoga stretches and poses. Cycling Storytelling Supper at Women on WheelsWe thought it would be nice to bring women together in our cosy WoW hub to enjoy the connections between storytelling, poetry, and the joy of cycling - plus some warm, delicious food. Cycling creates deep connections in our community, and this feels like the perfect moment to gather, share a meal, and share some words.
